REGULATIONS

The Regulations come in force from 28/05/2008. The breach Posts are ignored at the time. However, we will delete or adjust if it's necessary.
The first mistake, it's was remind (by posting a reply or PM). If you repeat an offence many times on purpose, we have to ban your username, remind, or ban pernamently. Depend on how serious your offeneces are.

I. Username's Rule.


1. Forbid to name a username by Celebrity's names, names of Vietnamese Party and Nation Leader, other Heads of State's names.

2. Forbid to name a username which has a unwholesome, misunderstanding mean.


II. Posting Artical's Rule:

1. Don't post debauched, unwholesome, violent content of post. ,offend against The Vietnamese habits and customs. Don't use crude words, offensive to other human dignity.

2. Forbid circulating or dilevering all of pulications, news have reactionary, breaking Vietnamese Laws contents.

3. Forbid the post have concerned with Politics, Religion, Racial Discriminnation.

4.Forbid to send link or afford software such as Virus , Spyware, Keylogger....to sabotage.

5. Forbid " spam"- the short, out of line posts.

6. The supplied News, artical in Forum have to attach its source exactly.

7. The tillte of topic is clear, concise, easily understandable. It's not vague as: help me, .....

8. The reply's content is concerned directly with the topic. Don't chat unconciously.

9. Don't post the reply which is the same meaning, is had posted in forum.


III. Presenting post's Rule.

1. Use the langguage suitably in each parts of Forum. Notice that use Vietnamese in sign.

2. Limit to use the individual signs in topic's tittle and writting.

3. don't post the oversize form, various font, showy style to make attetion.
4. Don't write in wrong dictation on purpose to Show your own style. but in restriction, it's acceptable.


IV.Signature's Rule.

1. Observe all rules of posting artical.

2. Don't use oversize Form's word, or Post large Pics, coz to make load slowly.


V. Additional Rule:

1. Respect for the member of forum, especially the administration staff. Ban on vilyfing, reliving the other people.

2. PM to Admin staff if you detect the Wrong postes.

3. Observe the own rules of each box.

4. Don't sabotage the forum.

- Prohibit using this forum as Seeking-sex partner forum-Banned seriously.

- Every other action, the cause of Misunderstanding is gay-forum, was forced strictly and rejected absolutely.

- All the members have the same interests. There is no discrimination. It's prohibited strictly or temporary ban, however, if those are clearly visible, unwholesome, unreasonable acts. The Strong of punishment is based on the previous act.
